Left a recorded message identical to one I saw posted on page 8 of these blogs. I don't recommend answering these calls or returning them later. i \doubt that it is really Citbank calling, I'd bet it is phishing for enough info to make a loan in your name.
Finally blocked the number. There is no one there if I answer, and no one answers if I return the call. Don't have time for this foolishness!
Hang ups when I identify myself. Also calling and ringing one time only over and over throughout day
I received 16 calls from these people in the last 4 days looking for my mother (who doesn't live here). I just called back and found that it is supposedly Citibank.
