They have called my phone 27 times in the last 2 days. COMPLETE IDIOTS!!! Talking about a Sears credit card that I don't even have, nor have ever had. So, the idiots above who are telling people to shut up, need to shut up themselves because they have no idea. Or, they are a part of the scammers!!!
This is actually Citi Bank collections, and not a scammer. I talked to them, they knew the details and dates of our payments and accounts, and our account was overdue. But, just to be safe, we paid the balance online.
Fraud...I got a call saying my SEars cc acct was past due. I told the idiot I would verify that online. Of course it was not past due and I did not share any personal information. BEWARE
