I have begun receiving these calls for several days approximately 6 times a day. They never leave a message, and I answer the call for the 1st time this morning and it simply hung up. Seems like a scam... I'm just hoping answering doesnt cause me any undue charges.
Its Sears Online Credit Card. I just called them and they helped me with payment. They call when you have a late payment.
Started getting calls from this unknown number. They left a voice mail and I listened to it. Says they are Citi and calling regarding my Sears card. Just exactly like the calls I was getting previously from a different number saying they were Citi-bank calling about my Sears card. First contact was an email. They are persistant!!!
I sincerely hope you were talking to the REAL Sears people; but I seriously think you have just fallen prey to a scam .... and their scam is to tell you that you are late with a payment. Told me the same thing and I hadn't bought anything from Sears using my card at that time. ????
Calls 4 or 5 times a day at all hours. Tried to call back to threaten them, they wanted last 4 digits of my Sears a/c, I hung up.
They call me all day every day. They say I owe on my sears CitiBank. This is being paid every month via a program.
