I don't have an account with them either but ther person who had my number before I did probably has an account with them. I have frequently received collection calls from other sources on him. Now these calls have started up so he is probaby late on this account now too.

I just called the number that was calling me. The person who answered was very helpful and said he would have my number removed from their system since I don't have an account with Credit One. Let's see if this works.

[***] credit one. I never use this card, only got it for emergencies when my credit was bad a few years back and couldn't get one from my bank. Someone got ahold of my credit card number and used it to make western union transfers until it maxed out. After twice reporting fraud to their customer service, they ”filed a report” and said ”if they didn't find me at fault, they would credit my account back... Excuse me?! I'm the victim of identity theft and you're treating me like it's my fault? After a month of no solutions, and them not even letting me access my own account until 2 Weeks ago, I reported them to the BBB, and I told them I REFUSE to pay a dime in monthly payments until my fraud issue is sorted out. Now the [***] are calling me to make payments on these fraudulent charges...I encourage EVERYONE to make a claim against this shoddy company. Something needs to be done.

You don't k ow what its like to lose your job...little money coming in....need food electric and gas..only a few bucks to distribute. You think anyone would chose paying a creditor over feeding your kids..your so smug, pay your bills on time. Out of touch [***].

I saw a long list of calls on both my home and cell from this number. Looked it up on here (love this site) and realized it was Credit One.Knowing I had paid my balance in full, I looked it up online and realized my fiancee had spent $6.04 on this card.One day late paying $6.04 and they call 34 times on my home phone and 13 times on my cell phone. I think they spent more on the calls than the balance was. Out of the 4 voice mails that were left on those calls, the rest were hang ups, they were asking for a person named Jody. Neither of us are named Jody.

This is my kids phone and these people need to stop calling. My kids don't have any credit cards and I haven't given this number to anyone.. They keep calling and don't say anything. My kids are confused and I told them just to ignore it, that they are probably trying to find someone who owes them money. I don't have their credit cards either. The harassment needs to stop....I will file a complaint if it will stop this...

21 calls over 6 days from these twads. From India, always say they'll take my name off list, never do. Filed FCC complaint, but looks of this board, nothing will happen. I do NOT have any kind of account with them.Funny thing is, when I call and scream at them, they say my number is not in the system. If so, then how in the hell do they call multiple times per day?
