Encore Management trying to collect a debt from Car Care One - A GE Capital credit card. This card was paid off more than a year ago!!!

We have care credit and when we were going to be late on a payment husband told them it would be about a month before he could pay it because of being laid off. They called us every day from a 800 number every single day for two week and not just one time a day it's three or four times a day. They have now started calling from this number and the month or date he set up with them has not even gotten here yet. They call at 8am then 10am then 12am then 4pm all the way up to 8pm at night. I have taken to not answering the phone at all because although they had said ok to husband about the new date and it hasn't gotten here...every time I talk to them they are rude and threatening. I am sorry but to the person at the top of this list...what do you work for them or something because all we have had is nothing but harassment from them.

I TOTALLY AGREE with this one. I answered this number 866-652-3145 one time and one time only. The person on the other end was from some foreign country and could not even understand him. The thing I tried was , I pushed the button to answer, did not say a word, and silence. I then whistled into the phone and then this embasol came on the other end and started "trying" to speak to me. I believe these calls are computer generated and when a "sound" is detected it thinks someone has answered and then they start their speach. I told this "NON AMERICAN" to eat #@&^ and he responded Okay and continued, so guess they don't understand good english either.I also tried calling this number back and all I got was a hang up. I agree GE Capital (Care Credit) was one of the WORST MISTAKES I have ever made. I can't even make my minimum payment for their interest rate and financial charge are astronomical. I wish Congress (if you want to call them that) could do something about this so called health care card.kevinphifer01@gmail.com They are a rip off and I encourage anyone thinking about getting one of these to STOP and don't be STUPID!!!!

I called GE Capital and yes it's GECapital calling .The collection aganc'y is Encore .They told me the they would stop calling but within one half hour the robo called again and this time I picked up and actually talked to human being who said they would stop !!!!! calling .Lets see !

I am game to take them on, we need a group for a class action suit to file agianst them under Fair Credit Reporting Act -The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a United States federal law and it forms the base of consumer credit rights in the United States. This number has been calling me 3 - 4 times a day for over two weeks. I have reported it to the Do Not Call registry. I did answer once when the number first called and received a message to the effect of "please hold all calls are answered in the manner in which they were received". I did not call this number and I want this to stop!

GE Money Bank Collections, Will not leave a message and will call many times day or night!

I have 100 calls fromthis number and i need to blocked from my cell phone. I almost got into a car accident when they were calling on my way to wrok. they don't leavea message.

The number goes to Encore Receivable Management a collection agency in Virginia and possible other cities. They are resorting to text messages from this 866 #. No option to Text Back. Pretty cagey.
