My mother recived several called from number 866-6523145 about 7 - 8 times a day. Why I don't know??? THEY never told me why when I asked them why they are calling my mother's number. They wanted to talk to my sister and I said she does not live with me. I lied though, she does live with me, but since they never told me who they were and what they want, I was not about to tell them anything about my sister.

They have already called me more than twenty times in the past five days. I do not know the number and everyone I know their number does not start with 866. Again I do not know this number.

Virginia by way of Dubai, maybe. They called several times in the past two days and didn't leave a message so I called them back and asked why they were calling. They asked for my name & I said no; I'll give you the phone number & then you can give me the name of the person you're trying to reach at that number. Because if you don't know the person's name you definately shouldn't be calling their cell phone several times a day. They're a collection agency for GE money bank.And before you mention that I should just pay my bills and then I wouldn't have to worry about such calls; GE money was already informed that I was filing chapter 7 bankruptcy before they sold it to this company. So maybe they shouldn't be able to sell debts in pending bankruptcy status to debt scavengers in third world countries.

Even if there was a debt and it was paid you will still get calls from GE Money at all hours.I have proof of that.Anyone game to take these people on?

I don't understand how these companies are getting away with this type of harassment. They call multiple times a day, from different numbers. They never leave a message, and when I do answer they phone, they hang up. This is totally against collection laws and I have told them before, when someone actually stayed on the line to talk to me, that they need to stop calling or I will file a harassment suit against them. The thing that bugs me the most is that they have their collections department in India so you can barely understand them and they can't really understand you.

isn't it the law for one phone call a day for a collection agency?....but no they insist on calling multiple times a day everyday and is clearly illeagle....GE money is like a little pest that needs to be swatted like a little insect! and to boot I am not even close being over the limit on that so called medical credit card!

My son's friend use to get call 5+ times a day from this number, he asked them to stop but they didn't. Now they rarely call, he think he solved his problem. He reverted to a small air horn from Walmart sports dept. When they start to speak, he gives them a blast. Don't know but he said it worked for him.

This is not a scam. It is a debt collection company for Ge Money. Most common credit card from them is the care credit. They are allowed to call you if you have a valid debt with them. You can't get mad at someone doing there job by trying to collect money that you owe. Very nice people and easy to set up arrangements with

something happen to my car today and i was pissed off and these [***] call and i don't usually pick up the phone if i don't know the number but they called at the wrong time and i told them [***] YOU and hung up the phone, and i feel a little bit better know :)

THEY CALL ME EVERYDAY MON-SUNDAY IS THAT LEGAL?
