They have called me a few times and all I did was call a few weeks ago to set up service but did not qualify because I have no credit. If THEY told me that I don't qualify then why do they keep bugging me? I obviously can't do anything for them with no credit! They keep sending me crap in the mail too! UGH! After reading everyone else's responses I am thinking about changing my number before the calls get worse. That costs money though and its rediculous that someone would have to spend money on changing their cell number to get a company to stop bugging them! WTF!

Calls and hangs up.

For almost six days straight I was receiving at least 10-15 calls from these guys. At first they kept trying to say I had an over due bill. (Never have and never will have service with Dish Network.) Turned out someone gave them the wrong number which happened to be mine...yeappy.... Anyways it took several days for me to convince them that this guy they were after wasn't me. After that, they started calling me, trying to 'sign me up'. That went on for at least 2 more days. It got to the point where I just wouldn't answer the phone. The last time I answered I think I ended up on line with them for over an hour getting switched to different 'supervisors' until I finally threatened them with legal action which got me one last person. I guess they took it seriously cause I haven't gotten a call from them since.

These pains in the glutius maximus called again and didn't leave a message. From other complaints it sounds like phishing since most legitimate companies honor the no call lists.

I have gotten 3 calls so far this morning. Once there was a voicemail asking me to call a 1-800 number (which I didn't do). The 2 other times it seemed to disconnect before I could even see who it was. The 3 calls have been in the space of 2 hours.

Claimed to be from Time Warner offering new deals.

This number called 866-668-8047 said that I had a collect call from someone in Jail.

I just called this number after reading your posts and they said the reason it as still calling is because the computer was still trying to connect with my dish receiver. She deleted my number from the system and hopefully that will take care of it.It's worth a try anyways.

Just SCAMMERS/convicts, spoofing Dish Network's number... Don't fall for it people.
