This is a false UPS message. They said we owe fees that are past due, but it is impossible, our real UPS account is fully paid. Please do not respond to this call, it is fraud!

Its UPS. When they screw up or want to double bill you they do this. Don't worry, they cannot effect your credit rating because everyone knows how messed up UPS is. They have so much false billing no one takes them seriously. This number has called me because they tried to double bill me for a shipment. They like to harass people so they can charge "tax" that's already been paid. Do they remit this to the government? That's a good question and Canada Rev agency needs to look into this as UPS billing issues are the norm not "freak" occurrence. Does UPS even pay income tax? My investigations show them and Bell the worst offenders for having "creative" tax strategies.

Received calls from collection agency saying this fee was unpaid, threatening my credit rating. I paid it at the door. When I followed up, it turned out that they (driver?) made an error and did not process the credit card payment. Rather than informing me of this, two months later they have a collection agency harassing me. I ensured the bill was paid, and will never use UPS again.

So I just got a call from this number with a recorded message that my account was over due and that this was a final notice before it is sent to a collection agency. I work at a hotel and we do not have a UPS account. Also, I called UPS and gave them the account number and phone number and they said it was not a valid account, it had the wrong number of digits. Also, she looked up the phone number and confirmed that 1-866-836-4875 is NOT a UPS number and is not in their company directory.

I got an automated message. I guess this is the fake UPS accounting department.
