it's drivetime, calling for my niece (I was a ref).

Everyday as many as 3x's a day...I'm saving them all.that constitutes harrassment

called me at work, not cool.

This is definitely Drive-Time. My son put my phone number on the application he filled out (as a reference) when he was buying a car from them. They harass he every single day even though my son does not live with me. They keep calling me between 5:00-5:30 AM, even on Saturday! I think their plan is to drive me so crazy that I will get to the point of screaming at my son and he will, in turn, call them. What evil people! I will let everyone I know about their business practices. I will also be writing them a letter and send a courtesy copy of it to the Better Business Bureau. I am also going to get a lawyer and sue them for their harassment.

I agree 100% hate them... even turned them into the bbb they gave me a whopping 25.00 credit

All they do is harass with calls from many different numbers and now text messages and emails.

I do not have an account with drive time or know anyone who does so I dont know why they would be calling me... When I try to call back it says that the call can not be connected. The message that was left just said to please call back regarding an important matter.

I don't even own a car, why would they be calling me??? Have never even heard of drive time.

They call my cell phone from time to time and leave voicemail messages for people I've never heard of, even though my voicemail clearly gives my name so they should know it's the wrong number. I've never had any dealings with this company and I never answer their calls.

I got called but they hung up before I had a chance to answer it... they may have mis-dailed, but if this is DriveTime, why are they calling me? I don't own a car and the only person I could think of that might even use me paid off their car 3 years ago.
