I got a call from this at 9am on my cell phone. Didn't picket it up and they didn't leave a voicemail. If they call it again I will start calling them using my free internent based skype account for toll-free numbers and use auto dialing every few min and listen the fun!
Keeps calling me every single day, even though I have no payments past due. I'm going to refinance this loan next year with another company. This is ridiculous! Santander you suck!!!!
1) I don't own a car2) I have never owned or bought a car3) I have never had a car payment (duh)4) I have NO payments of any kind to make5) I have no bills6 I am only 19 and live with my folks (No my 1st name is different from any other family members)And these clowns call ME 4-5 times a day. So I am going to "call forward" them to the FBI, or Consumer Affairs or something like that.
they call and call and I have demanded to be removed from their list and they assure me they will. still everyday they call. they ask for Rosie or William Froman.
They call and say they are from Driver Financial Services. Weird thing is the person they asked for is my cousin's name who lives 800 miles away from me and I have never even had the same last name as him. Asked them to remove my name.
This is total harassment. I almost lost my job because of relentless calls asking for me. I missed a payment, made payment arrangements, and the calls started. It has been going on more than 6 months. I had to get an attorney.Some of the angry callers can't even use proper English...Makes me sad.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
