They call me EVERYDAY an I tell them consistantly to remove my name of there list but they never do. They call about 3 times a day, sometimes more.

These people call me at least 3 times a day or more looking for a Rachel. I've told them they have the wrong number and to take my name off their list. They keep calling! I had a woman call me today and I told her that look you have the wrong number take my number off your list and quit calling! She laughed and hung up on me!

Constantly receiving calls all day long on my cell phone. I called back and they wanted to know my account # (of which I didn't have one, purpose of my call - (they called me, duh) and my social security #, which of course I told them NO. So they wanted to know why I called them, and I told them to stop calling me and they slammed the phone down. Ten minutes later, the same phone number called again. Who are these people? How can I make them stop calling?

I have a car loan through Drive, but I've never missed a payment, and yet they call me multiple times a day. Ridiculous!

If you're 1 day late, they will begin calling you incessantly all day long. Most companies have some sort of grace period for making a payment, apparently they don't. Customer service is non-existent at this company!

I have been receiving calls from them for 2 days now. Today I called the number. They asked for my account number (don't have one), then my ssn number. I said I wasn't going to give it out because I don't even know the company which she is calling from. She said it was Santander. I said I've never heard of this company before. She asked for me name and I gave it to her. She looked in the database for me, couldn't find me, and I asked her not to call again. And I got the company name again and her name. I don't know what/who they are, but I've never even heard of it!

Keep getting calls asking for Joseph Arttus to return the call. We have never done any business with this company but they continue to call us. We are on a no call list but this doesn't matter to them apparently. Is there any legal action we can take against them if they continue to call us?

harassing calls for over 3 mos - They ask for someone else's name and i have asked to be taken from the list - they say they will remove my name and I get a call from them the next am.
