They are calling my cel phone number, asking for someone I don't know and do not know how my phone number got associated with these people.They will notate in the system that you have called and told them you don't know who they are looking for. Eventually the calls will stop, I have been told.

You don't need to, just keep pressing 0. Obviously I don't know either the SSN or Date of birth, of the person they are looking for.

Apparently, the system recognizes the phone number you are calling from, at least it did for me. That's how they were able to locate an account number, for a party they were calling me about, I don't know.Ask to speak with a supervisor or manager.
