they wont stop calling and when i pick up they hang up

I just got a home phone last week and got a call from this number just now asking for the women I bought this house from back in Oct 2003. I don't know how on earth they got my number and her name together.

Calls every day and hangs up, I have spoken to this # over a month ago and told them it was not the phone # for the person they asked for. I have called them back, angry, telling them not to call because it is not that person's phone or phone #

The Caller ID # for IC shows up as 651 204-1362

This number keeps calling me, and it's completely annoying. I finally picked up once, and said hello, and it automatically hung up on me. Since then, I've never picked up, and the voicemails left are always blank. Just a telemarketing company, I guess.

Called and I didn't answer, so they left a message, marked High Importance, on my cell phone. Voicemail says "Please contact IC Systems to discuss an opportunity to settle your account at a substantially reduced amount..." Then something about being "a debt collector attempting to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please contact us as 1-888-241-5271."Here's the problem - I don't have any debt that has gone to collection so this has to be B.S.!!
