I received a blue postcard in the mail. I called the number listed on the post card 888-261-2595, and the representatives refused to remove me from their mailing list without first providing all of my information. I had to go through 5 "managers" before one finally agreed to remove me after I politely informed them if they did not remove me I would be contacting the BBB and USPS to report a fraud.They also refused to state where they received their mailing lists from other than "Maybe you filled out a drawing." However, I do not enter sweepstakes nor does any of my friends or family. The first rep I spoke to just advised me to throw away the mail if I didn't want it. Nice..

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THIS LETTER FROM YEAR AND TILL NOW,,, SO AS OF TODAY I DECIDED TO CALL THEM AND IT'S TOO GODD TO BE TRUE WHILE I WAS TALKING TO THIS PERSON AND CONGRATULATING ME THAT I HAVE WON MERCEDES BENZ, BMW OR PORCHE-VALUE $49,000 OR 49,000 CASH, AND SO ON...SO, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND THAT IS GOING TO BE ON FRIDAY FEB 27 AT 2:30 PM.. Received a letter from AVC Travel with the same phone number, saying basically the same as everyone else, BMW, etc. However, the address is 6321 Blvd. 26, Suite 450, North Richland Hills 76180The letter says you will receive a free cruise--Bahamas from Miami or Mexican Rivera from Galveston--no way--there is no way that Royal Carribbean or Carnival sails from Galveston to the Mexican Riviera. Also says you receive a trip to Las Vegas or Orlando which includes room and air fare.

I also received a letter from AVC Travel (North Richland Hills, Texas)informing me that I had won a new Mercedes Benz, BMW or Porsche, value $49,000 and that I should call 1-800-238-9720 within 72hrs. Of course, as this was too good to be true I decided to do a quick internet search and I ended up here. Thank you for confirming my doubt on the ligitimacy of this letter..I agree it would be good if someone decides to take these people on, perhaps a lawyer.
