Repeated calls from this number to my 14 year old grand daughters phone. When I spoke with representative I was cursed and called white trash amongst many other things. Any information as to who this is would be appreciated. No association whatsoever with the person they were looking for. Called a liar and was threatened they were coming to my residence.

Calls everyday several times...same message from Charles D and threatens with the same message about papers and serving you. If you call back they are very harassing and say they will come get you and handcuff you.and you will be embarrassed. Unknown number so I can't block but very mean folks

I got a phone call saying need to serve me papers

I just received the call as well from the number a guy named zach, he said i had a warrant out for my arrest in harris country and i freaked out. He then transferred me to the attorney over my case????? sounded like an old lady who smoked a lot. I was stupid and gave in to clear my name with any warrants. Little did i know i paid a different collection company for the same thing and got documentation stating it was paid along with payment receipts. My bill was being recycled and different collection agencies were buying it. My previous collector told me straight up to call my CC company and dispute the charge that it was a scam and that my account was paid in full. Why can't these people get real jobs?????

I just went through the same thing as most of you. However, after giving my name and asking for the purpose of their call the operator yelled that I just answer the F$$$!^@ question. I then said I answered question and who are you to talk to me that F*@&!^@ way. He then hung up and now they will not answer.

Received a call at my home for my deceased son's girlfriend of several years ago stating they need to serve her papers. After looking up the number I concluded it is a scam. And since I have had not contact with the lady in question for at least 10 years I think that they might have a problem with any paperwork they supposedly have to serve.

I have been receiving calls for the past few days in regards to this scam. That's what it is, nothing more then a scam. If you try to call them out on it they get angry, yell at you, tell you they have the authority to do what they are doing, etc. Contrary to their belief, they do not. I have been in contact with the FTC and the CPBF in which they both have told me that what they are doing is a scam and illegal. DO NOT give these persons any information and DO NOT confirm your date of birth or your last four digits of your social security number. They will hang up after you refuse.

The same thing happened to me. The same code came on the caller id and they left the 800 number to call back.that guy was very rude they said that I refuse to pay and basically told me they issued a warrant for my arrest they were going to come to my house and arrest me and hung up in my ear I called back got someone else whom said I owed a payday loan at an address I never even heard of and that I basically committed check fraud and they were issuing a warrant and the sheriff we're going to come to my house arrest me extricate me back to the state in which I lived in Prior. I asked them what I needed to do they told me I needed to pay them 1400 dollars today that there was nothing else they can do. they said that I did this transaction online I had a direct deposited into our account that I never even heard of. they were rude and kept talking over me. Facebook are transferred me to a lady who was supposed to be in the lawyer handling the case and she was equally as rude I'm so glad I decided to google this company before giving them any information.
