get phone calls from Citizens Bank. Who hasn't had a past due bill sometime in her life? When I phoned, it seemed that hten company didn't hear me. I think my account is up-to-date. I must run out to the market, but I want to try and telephone again this afternoon.

He represents a bank that was sued and had to pay the customers refunds for overdrafts after the refund checks were cashed now the bank is trying to collect by selling this old debt to the trash collector.

This is a local scam the will not give the address they say they are Curtis Peyton Litigation - 888-431-1931 also uses telephone number 303-335-1722 and 855-2447-7260 stating they have legal papers to serve they call your family members and friends they will not give the address, CEO or human resources name.
I have received harassing calls for over a year chasing Crystal Evans. I don't even know who that is but they persist. How do you make misdirected harassment stop?
The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them for violations of the TCPA and FDCPA (harassing a non-debtor). That should get their attention.
I just asked them for their location and email address and was hung up on after being told the sheriff will be at my door to arrest me later.
Since they couldn't get a response out of me, the same people are now calling my 82 year old mother's house leaving messages for me which frighten her to death. I am sick of them and their scam and they need to leave my mother alone.

This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
