I've been getting calls asking for another person for about a week now. The recorded call asks for a woman I have never heard of saying that papers need to be served. When I call back to tell them they have the wrong number & have my number removed, I'm told it will be removed but get another call within 24-48 hours. I don't know If they were trying to scam another person, or if someone just grabbed another number out of the air when they ran up a debt (I've had this happen too). Needless to say I am still waiting for them to take my number off their list. I'll bee reporting this.

I keep getting calls too. They assure me they are not a scam, and say that I've got 14 bad checks out from several payday loans I took out in 2007. But there isn't anything on my credit report for them. They have my old and current address, my social, driver's license information, my mother and sister's phone numbers, and the information on a pickup my husband and I bought last year. Including VIN and license plate number. How are they this information? What should I say when I call them back?

Threatened arrest for check fraud on an account that has been closed for more than 5 years. But for restitution of $1134.00 they can close the account.

I'm so glad my co-workers told me to Google this number... I have been harassed over and over.. they are disrespectful and rude! They told me if I didn't make a payment today I will have a warrant out for my arrest... I asked the rude he/she can they mail me out info, but the response was no!
