The voicemail that was left said it was Ian from Chase and the call was for (not my name). He left 888-489-8452 as the number to call about my dispute. I don't bank with Chase. The original call that came in (that I ignored) was listed as coming from my Company HQ in SF, which is def NOT Chase. This is 100% fraud, not even close to being real. Some trolls are saying it is real so that you get lured into the scam.
i got a call/voice mail from 888 489-8452 saying to call back regarding my inquiry with Chase. Called the # back and a guy answered on the first ring and said "whats your credit card #? I said I don't even know why you are calling and I am going to report this to Chase..he hung up
Caller ID said 800 935 9935. Called wife and mine phone within 5 minutes of each call. My phone has NEVER been attached to wife's account. Voice Mail from Indian Woman, that garbled words, about "an inquiry to your account". Left call back number of 888 489 8452. Called Chase customer service printed on credit card. Transferred to fraud department and they said there was NO record of an inquiries or notes that anyone from Chase Credit Svcs called. This has got to be a phishing scam. The Fraud Department stated that NEVER call back any number found in Caller ID or Voice Mail and only use phone number printed on credit card.
Got a phone call from a young woman with a fairly severe accent from the Philippines asking my to cal the referenced number. It's actually a Chase number; however, they way this is being handled is pretty bad. My suggestion to everyone it to call the number on the back of your card and have them transfer you to the dispute department if you think that's appropriate.
I currently have a dispute with Chase card. I received at least 5 phone calls and messages from a women with a thick accent that (I believe) left the 18884898452 number but I couldn't understand her. I called chase's main number and they said it probably was their "back office" dispute center and couldn't directly connect me to them. They never confirmed the number either. I've been with them for over 12 years and their lack of customer service and lack of regard for its customers (first dispute and still fighting for over several months) and littlr help from them, makes me feel like they don't have my back when it comes to disputes. I am looking for another company to represent my interests.
This is a Chase number. I didn't feel comfortable giving my full credit card so I hit 0 and got to a rep. They asked for the last 4 digits of the card and were able to pull up my dispute.
Got an email at work about my Wells Fargo account and dispute. While I do have a Wells Fargo account I don't have any disputes pending. And the email was from Root@Localhost.com. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.
Very unprofessional call that conceals its number and then leaves an 888-489-8452 by Mary Florence who prattles so fast that her message cannot be understood. Sounds like something Reich. Report to illegal call to Federal no-call on cell.
I just got a call from this number and they called work and cell phone...said it is based on my inquiry. Found out that if you dispute a charge with a Chase credit card, they will call you from this number - so call them back!
Thank you! I have a question on one of my charges on my CHASE card. I'll call them back.

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
