You gave him WHAT?! your SSN or a fake one??.. I would not give my SSN for anything in the world.. they are scammers and BIG CROOKS!! .. I would watch out for ID theft !!? Hope you did not give out your full name and mother maiden name too!!

Called office number today. Didn't answer, no vm was left. Saved number as Spam contact for future CID.
They call my work number every day and ask for my name specifically, which is interesting because I have never ONCE given my work number out nor have I written it down for anyone. They don't leave a message, nor will they pickup when I've returned the call. I have now blocked the number.
You can usually renew the free subscription online, making their calls unnecessary (although they may still have the service call). Hopefully they'll transition to an all online format for aconfirming and renewing free magazine subscriptions and shut down the potenitally disruptive calling method.
