I just want to point out, I am in South Africa, In someone is trying to track the spammers route.

4 calls from this number. I picked up once. Caller wanted personal identity information. I denied and hung up. Who is this...I protest these calls.

It does sound like India is the source, aren't they the "out-sourcing" hub of the world, It may alsobe a Nigerian scam, since these retard scams: "Good dearest I Archiballed van Mike honorable prime minister reverend of paint manufacturing have some small change to depositing in you account $1,296,302-50, may have evolved slightly

I get a call from 888-888-8888 they say nothing all the time. every time i do say hello, they hung up. so after i figured out they'd hang up if i said something, i would just pick up with out saying anything. i'd hear voices in the background, but no one talking to me personally. they just called now and i picked up saying "quit calling me" and hung up. hopefully this stops.

I have been receiving unwanted early morning calls on my cell phone from 1-888-888-8888. It started 2 week ago. It seems like they call me whenever they feel like, once a day, twice a day. I told they that please remove my phone number from their list and I do not wish to be contacted. They still calling me. How can I stop it??? Thanks.

Recieve calls from 888-888-8888 claiming to be from microsoft and need access to my computer to repair file problems... How nice of MS to provide this service... Cold not understand lady on the phone... told her i had no problems because I have a Imac .... she hung up... amazing. 99.999999999999% sure the call was NOT backed by Bill Gates! LOL
