I am turning into the RTF. I am being harassed by them. Threatening, rude, and calling at all hours. I received one call at 6 am.
It's Kohls attempting to collect a debt, trust me - I owe them money but I can't afford to pay them. Install Call Blocker on Android, its free and you wont hear it ring anymore if you blacklist them, you'll see your phone light up, but that's about it.
Someone keeps calling me on this number. I checked the reverse 911 and there isnt even a company that comes up. How do I stop this????
They called me 6 times yesterday and 3 times today. I answer and there is no one there.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
