It is not Kohls. I called Kohl's customer service at a Kohl's numberI got through Google. I looked up the number (903. . and it is unlisted or a cell phone in Texas.
Got a call today and when I called back the number there was a recorded message saying "Good things happen here" and they asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number. Needless to say, I hung up.....beware and don't give it to them. It is a total scam on Kohl customers
Quit calling me and not having a message. It is ridiculous! Yes, I have a Kohls card, but my payments are up to date!
to nick...it is KOHLS robo callin....dont be fooled.....903-593-8790
6 calls today!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please stop!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't you folks get it ?.Some one (BAD) is playing a scam on Kohls (by using their name in the calls) and you by trying to get your SSN# and maybe (if they get lucky) your KOHLs account number too.Just don't fall for this phishing scam and ignore the fax/answering machine messages. I know its irritating but there is nothing you can do but delete and ignore the messages. Its just incredible to me that nothing has been done and they (the BAD folks doing this) have not been stopped although the scam has been going for a couple of years (judging from all the messages on this and other boards).Just make sure you are aware ... its not KOHLs behind this... they are also a victim here.I called KOHLs and they were very surprised about this.. they confirmed the number (888-814-3555) is not theirs and will look into it.. but given how slow moving companies like KOHLs work... I'm sure it will be another 2 years before they do anything about this scam.. indirectly involving them.
i keep getting calls from this number also. can't answer cell phone during work, almost ready to put the number on my blocked list. i will be shredding my kohl's card once i have cleared up my account. i was a few days late with a payment, didn't make the full payment but i have written to customer service regarding my situation and i am still waiting for a response. i like the store it's self but this is the first time i have not made the minimum payment and these phone calls are getting a little ridiculous.
