They called but left no message. I don't have Kohl's card, so why the hell would they call me?
According the the FDCPA bill collectors have the right to call individuals between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM seven days a week. As long as they do not leave more than one message a day or talk to you more than once in a day then they are not violating the FDCPA. Now you may want to check your state regulations on what they consider excessive calls in a day but take it from someone who worked briefly in collections they are not violating any laws. The Sunshine rule only applies to telemarketers and not to bill collectors.
Kohl's collections department. Using 5 different phone numbers other than their 414 Area Code main phone number. Very harassing, will call multiple times for hours each day.

these guys are relentless. Call at least 10 times a day. Never heard of such a company calling that many times in a day. And today is a holiday. What the heck are the phoning today for.
Hello every one, My GF was being harassed by them day and night and I finally put a stop to them. I have researched this extensively since I just went through the same thing with MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT (Another company to watch out for). I can tell you the steps to take to have this stopped I will say it is not an easy thing but once you do this it will stop and I strongly suggest you all check your credit report.
