I got a call from Kohls credit department. They charged me for a late fee. I was not late. I read off the payments which were listed on the statement I had received that day. They deducted the late fee, but I still have to pay the large monthly fee regardless that it was their error. I called Customer Service because I got a call again today with no message. Their rep said it will take 7 to 10 days before the automated calls will stop. This is a disgrace. What happened to Kohls? Did they sell out their receivables to a collection agency.

I got 5 calls in 6 hours

It is not illegal for a collector to call on a Sunday. Wrong.

When they call go to call setting and add it to auto reject, it will block it. They have tried calling me a few times, I don't recognize it so I don't answer.

Dont Have a Kohls CC, never had a Kohls CC. But they call everyday, even when told they have the wrong number they still call.. WTF???!!!

It's Kohls dummy, they have call centers everywhere, doesn't matter what state they call from, its Kohl's.

We get calls from them all day everyday. from 8am to 9pm they never leave a message and the name on the caller ID always changes. it was showing up as Comm Pages DNA, then i blocked it now it shows up as Not Available and the number now starts with 11-903-593-8790
