keep getting calls, all hours of the day and night from this number with no message, they hang up right after the first ring

Many, many calls from this phone number. No message left. When I called it back, the outgoing message says it's from Kohl's and press 1 to leave your account number or press 2 to leave your Social Security number. This is a phishing scam.

The telephone number 903-593-8790 belongs to Kohl's collections department and is NOT a phishing scam. That being said, from what I have read here and at other similar sites it appears Kohl's has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Title 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692p) by calling an individual's telephone number repeatedly (§ 806 (5)), failing to leave a message if the individual called does not answer (§ 806 (6)), and also, if any collections calls were made after 9PM (§ 805 (a) (2)). If any of you have been a victim of this type of harrassment you should contact you state's Attorney General's Office as well as the Federal Trade Commission and report any violations, also, you have the right to file a civil action against Kohl's for monetary damages (§ 813). The FDCPA and applicable states' laws are there to protect you from these types of harassing collection practices and ONLY works if you stand up for your rights.By the way, I do not have nor have I ever had an account with Kohl's, the one time I shopped at Kohl's the employee I delt with was so rude I left the store and have never been back; Iose enough customers and eventually you either get the message or you go out of business!

These people have been calling my house for days from 8am-9pm, I've had enough of this already! I don't even know what they want, it's just ridiculous. They never leave a message and they ask for Julia, NO ONE HERE by that name, what the heck, really!! I called the number to see who it may be and there is an automated message "thank you for calling Kohl's". It's really ticking me off!

I received caal from this number 2 minutes ago, a lady asking from some else, when i asked whom or which is this call about, she hang out without explanation....Please we have to stop these unwanted calls for violated our privacy. Peoples United YES WE CAN......

I get calls from this number at least 3 times a day for the last week. They never leave a message and it's not a number I recognize so I don't answer but they just wont give up.

Yes, I too have started receiving calls from 903-593-8790. I have caller ID and I will never answer calls to caller who refuses to leave a message. 13 times in 4 days. The calls start at 8am & stop before 8:30 pm, Sun-Sat. If this is Kohl's, I will close the account. This is why I do not have store credit cards anymore.

Constant calls at all hours. Never a message. If it's Kohl's as the others say, I have never owed them any money. How do we stop this harrassment?

They keep calling!! Not VM left. NO CLUE WHO THEY ARE OR HOW THEY GOT MY PHONE NUMBER. I BLOCK THEM ON TRUECALLER

I have been getting calls from every number mentioned in this post. No one ever says anything. I get about 10 calls per day every day. This is annoying.
