Your crappy company still running damage control? They really sent a fool this time

these people called me and when my son asked to take a message for me, they were very rude and would not give him the message. who are they and what do they want?

From what I've been told, these companies buy OLD debt from somewhere. And then hire people to call and try to collect on the debt that is either too old to legally collect on or has already been discharged....sometimes maybe the other way. Regardless they are out there and will call.....

I called DCI and asked to have my phone number removed since it was a new installation from which they were tracking the former holder of the number. The gentleman I spoke with immediately promised to remove us from their calling list. I hope this is true

This is a difficult firm to work with. I asked for detail copies of my bills a few months ago. I even went to the T-Mobile store. I had the opportunity to talk to several sales associates at the store. They all told me to check the bill. But no one at the store could access my data. I was told DCI will supply all the information I need. So I asked for detailed bills for the last three months before my number transfer. Instead of getting bills, I received excuses. The manager asked why I needed the details. I'm not surprised. It is a bill collection firm. The organization is typical with the common bill collector insults and rudeness. According to the manager he knows everything about me. Yet the information was mailed to the wrong address. Therefore the company must report me to the credit bureau. The Anyone dealing with the firm should record every conversation. Document every statement made. Do not trust them. It is their job to supply the information when requested. It is your right to have the information.Good Luck!

I just called the 800 771 5361 and pressed "O" and got a person.. told them this was a new number for me and to remove it from there data base the person they are trying to get does not live or exist here... gave the number and he said OK we will take that off the list..now to see if that really happens.. I called today 2-12-2011

Steven Josephs is extremely rude. I have called on my own, to clear up some stuff-- You'd think that I'd get some type of respect as I called them first. He talked to me in a tone that was "Oh you people!" Well after dealing with this [***] I am saying screw it. I'd rather be in debt to someone than send one red cent to this prick!

I received a call from this number on a NEW GOOGLE VOICE phone number I set up. Hahahaha. They can't do a thing. Left no message or anything. Considering I don't owe anything, and it is a number registered to my new church, I blocked the caller.

Just call the (904) number and tell the to remove your number from the list, if they do not comply with this you can sue. I called and asked them to and didn't have a problem, the lady said she removed the numbers and I will wait and see if the calls stop. They were calling multiple times a day to 3 different numbers of mine, it was very rude and annoying.

I myself was being harrassed by this people.one claim that they are from morgan and assoc law firm and using american name neil watson, when they have thick indian accent.one claim from dci,again with american name with indian accent.their contact # is 8774762731.there is another # which is 4695679648 and his name is jack black.neil watson's phone # is 9512522628.they have been calling my work.i have reported them to ftc;bbb and credit bureau. What else can we do to make them harrassing people and ectort money. Pls HELP!
