thanks for all the comments. Becuz I received 2 phone calls from this # but I did not answer becuz I did not recognize who was calling. And they never left a msg so I was wondering should I return the call. This site was very helpful.
these dci people are just idiots working for minimum wage....ignore the trolls folks! it is most likely a scam! they are trying to get your phone and social security numbers so they can get some business. ...and quite probably steal your identity!!i would definitely report them to florida's attorney general and the appropriate federal agency.hope this helps ladies and gents....good luck
dci employee----you are nothing but scam artistswhen the cops come and arrest you and the rest of your gang...and they will one day... that will be one less fraudulent company and its cronies we hard working, hard paying americans have to worry about!!!so there!!!
IT IS A SCAM!!! i would definitely bet the farm on it--and win!!run to the phone and call the attorney general in florida and report them like the previous poster suggested.you just might save someones credit from being ruined by these telephone scumbags! yours included.if they call u tell them that you are filing a report with the state's attorney general if they do not lose your number--and fast!
These are stupid and unscrupulous people. They have been looking for someone by the name of Amelia for year and continue to call and bother me. I don't know who they are looking for and have told them that and that they should find another way to find this person because they will never find them by calling and bothering me. After stopping calls for a few months, they always start to call again and bother me. These people are a**holes.
TO: Angry mama - 6 Dec 2007Please read this one! If they have the wrong number all you have to do is prove it. You can have them give you the last 4 of the persons Social Security number. If it is not yours they must stop calling or they are violation of FEDERAL LAWS and it is a very big pay day to YOU! Tell them you know this and they will have to block your number. However, If you do have a lone with them they can call you one time a day EVERYDAY id you are not on time with your bills. I use to skip trace for a large bank and I know the law. You do not want them calling you job, family, neighbor or church leaving messages asking you to call them....THAT IS WHAT I HAD TO DO WHEN PEOPLE DID NOT PAY FOR 60 DAYS! So, if it is your loan pay it on time and they will not have to call! If it is not Take it to court and get your money if they do not stop!
So we're scamming you how? We're calling to collect a debt and any info we obtain is used for that purpose. If we have the wrong number, then tell us. Legally we have to remove the number. If it's not the wrong number and you tell us it is, then we will remove it but your credit will be affected accordingly. True, there are some employees at my company that are too lazy to remove the number but I do. Anyways, it's been nice talking to you debtors and enjoy the bad credit. Have a nice next seven years after this is reported to your credit. If you're not in debt to our clients, then please accept my apologies. Oh yeah and lodee, how would we be scam artists? Oh yeah and check your dictionary, how can you be a "hard paying american"? Good day.
Louis, we do skiptrace using a program called Accurint. We don't collect loans, we collect Telecommunication debt (i.e T-Mobile, Sprint/Nextel and Verizon). If we're looking for you or your husband, you owe a bill and it should be paid. But please, don't pay it. Your husband's or your credit will be affected accordingly. The only way we will stop calling is if you provide a Cease and Desist letter in writing.
