I am filing a law suit on the (person's whose name comes up when researched), call I received. I am on a do not call list and no matter how many different numbers they call from up to $1000.00 per call per number.

I had that happen many years ago by law if you send them a letter telling them only to contact you by mail they can be fined if they call again Google , "The Fair Dept Collection Practices Act" And find out what Your rights are.
How many times are they allowed to contact a third-party? And does leaving a message constitute contact?
Called and left a weird voicemail on my phone I could hardly understand asking for a lady I haven't never met or heard of. The lady said her name was Raina Fallon. I wouldn't answer it given the previous complaints on this business.
Obviously it's a Scam. Why would they take money if they are a collection agency and not fix you're credit? I work collections at a local bank and will not harass as well as take information over the phone. I had a missed call from this number. If it was important why not leave a message?? I leave messages to call without giving out valuable information. This company is a joke and should not be taken serious.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
