Yes, Dan Wolf is a bully and abusive. He called and left me a very rude message. I had NO idea who he was. I called him back and he said I need to speak with your mom. I said what is this call in reference to. He got irate, loud and rude over the phone. He said I am not going to tell you what it is for you just need to get your mom on the phone. I said I don't like your attitude and I am going to ask that you do not call me anymore. He said well, I won't call you anymore once your mother calls me back. So, he called me back three times after that and the last time he called he left a smart voicemail saying "tell your mother I said to call me." Totally rude. So, rude I am ready to get my cell number that I have had for years changed because he keeps calling and harrassing me!

Question:I just heard form them today (9/4/08) and they were trying to get payment from me over the phone (check or credit card). Here's my question: are they legit or are they blowing smoke?

Person by the name of Rick williams called my house and job,very insulting to the plant manager and operator of my company they has called the law to report his behavior they are waiting on the next call from him.He also called me at home with the same behavior very rude.

I got the same call from a philip gordin he called my mom though really dumb.

He was very vague on the message he left for my mother. didnt state the purpose of the call. he just said it was urgent that i get in contact with him. are they legit or what?

Someone by the name of Mr. Williams called my work today. I am going to assume it's the same person from below, Rick Williams. I was on a conference call and couldn't take his call. He wanted to wait. Since I never picked up, he hung up and called again. He harassed my Team to give him contact information of everyone I know, including my boss and my bosses boss. Isn't this against the law of NC? What can I do to insure that this person stops calling me again.

Call is from a company call PDM. The person called gave me the name of MR. Williams. After reading the post, I believe this person is the same as "Rick Williams".

I got a call from a Mr. Seabrook. He used big words in the wrong context and yelled at me. Apparently someone is trying to sue me for breach of contract and he wanted $4200 by the end of the month!!! I am at a loss and got upset, he yelled and then hung up on me and told me he would get in touch with my "payroll". What the hell. Nice company.

this guy named phillip called me told me i was going to jail this guy had me so pissed off i got into a fight with my neighbor eneded up going to jail... i wonder is there a way i can sue him for that can anyone help
