This company is the worse debt company ever. I called them to make an inquiry on a debt and try to clear things up with them.This debt was from 2008 when i was 18. and still in school. I spoke to a man named Bruce (if that is his real name) and attempted to make a settlement or some kind of agreement with him.I told him about my identity theft problems from 08 to 09 He ended up calling me a liar and laughing at me. He said they would hunt me down and come to my house to collect. I told him it was an identity issue and again he continued to laugh. When I asked to speak to his manager he said he was the manager when obviously he is not. I asked top speak to Sarina Wallace who is the person who sent me the letter in the first place he said why i couldn't handle him? By the end of it I told him I was disputing and he said he will continue to come after me. Then he said that even if I dispute it it would still be on my credit. And he hung up. He is lucky I didn't record him because half the conversation he said was against the law. Don't trust these people.

You guys are liars and frauds. I tried to call and speak to someone and i was called a liar and laughed at. and when i told them cease and desist they said never. and when i told him i would continue to dispute he said go ahead we will get our money. its not you guys money. stop being so rude and nasty and maybe you will get results. i will be recording you and i will sue you. i already have an attorney waiting for me to call

you know i did dispute this debt they are trying to claiom and they never did anything but just leave it on my report? im calling lexington law right now. and the BBB

They are, you must be, all low-life pond skum.....The only reason for them to be in existence is to give us something to talk about.The only reason they took that job in the first place is that's where the little bus stopped.Brain damage, and ego's. The only job requirements. Not even English is required!I would say to get a real life, but it appears that is impossible.

Who can I report these rude mofos too? Also can they force me to pay by giving up my bank acct info?

The point I think that everyone is trying to make is that this day and age there are a lot of people CALLING THEMSELVES debt collectors when they really are not. If I have a legitimate debt, I expect to speak to someone that is reasonable. I actually had someone by the name of David Black call me with a very heavy Indian accent telling me one day I was going to be served a subpoena, the very next day he called and said they were coming to arrest me...last time I checked the subpoena is supposed to come first. When I told him to let me know when they were on their way so I could have an officer available with me, he hung up and I never heard from him again.

Lexington is a lost of your money, i been with them now 8 months and they still have not removed anything from Equifax ? But they did remove from the other 2 credit company, I just terminated with Lexington law and on Friday,09 2012....I found" What lies in your debt dot com " is the best why to deal with these ao . you see why ?
