This is NOT a scam number. I actually spoke to the Citi Fraud Department, today, by calling the number on the back of my card. When they same representative called me back later today, the call came from this number.
I received a call and message from this number. Someone had applied for a Home Depot account using my information. They were calling to verify.
Received called from this number but I called the number on back of my card, Costco citi card. Confirmed a fraudulent recent purchase. Glad I didn't ignore the call.
...scammers are known to spoof legitimate numbers. Your call may have been OK, but others report scam calls.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
