It is the Weed Man. I cancelled in the fall as I was moving to an apartment and told them so. Then they called and wanted me back. I said that would be impossible. Then this # called in the fall and I explained to them the siutuation. Now they keep calling me but I have not answered.

its the weed man call the [***] holes and have your number taken off the list

I've been getting lots of calls from this number with just a beep on the other end. I thought I recognized it as the WeedMan number even before I read this thread. I just called as someone in this thread indicated and asked them to remove my number. We'll see if that helps.

It's winter here and Weedman STILL CALLS. Idiots.

These MORONS can't take a hint! BUZZ OFF! already... Does anyone know of a legal way to get rid of these guys?

If The Weed Man ever comes to your door, do NOT give out your phone number. And don't call them without blocking your number first. They call and call non-stop at least once per day without getting permission to add you to a telemarketing list. We asked for a simple quote one year on lawncare (almost double a local provider, btw) and they have not stopped calling. Last year we put up with the calls. But when they got us on the phone and we told them we went with a competitor, they wanted to know it was and how much they were charging. We didn't say. They are very persistent and based on the staff they send out (my neighbours have received service from Weed Man), they charge a premium price for unskilled students. Today the gum-chewing girl on the phone was very rude when I asked for my name to removed from the list. If it is not removed, I will be calling the President of the company directly.
