And let your friend know she can rest easy because it is illegal for ANY collection agency to garnish any earnings that are government. So ODSP, OW, CTC, CPP, and even child support. My home has been called by this # as well, looking for someone else and assuming I am in contact with the person. I usually hang up but a few times I didn't, the woman was extremely rude assuming I am in contact with the person she is looking for. I threatened calling RCMP for harassing calls they then switched caller to a man. I have caught them calling my home before 7 AM which I know is against the law. I hope they try again so I can report them to RCMP.
