Its a scam. They said they collect for TD but the fact is my account is still in good shape
Keep calling even I request them to stop. They claimed that they represent RBC but when i asked RBC they said it's not true.

Called and said I owed money to the city of toronto for a parking ticket last year and was adamant that I pay it or my credit would be “ruined forever” called the city of Toronto and of course there’s no ticket to be paid. Beware of these a-holes
