900 area codes are charged to your phone bill. many come from foriegn countries. can cost hundreds and by law the phone company will charge your acct andcannot removed. that why they dont answer.
Just got a call from these people on my BRAND NEW CELL PHONE NUMBER. Nobody has this number. Which tells me either ATT Wireless sells personal information or Google does, as I have this number linked to my Google Voice account now. Anyway, I didn't not pick up, they did not leave a voice mail. I have received other calls from spam/telemarketers on this number recently as well.
