It seems they stop calling after 5 days. They used to call me at 10am and 10pm every day on the dot. I ignored the calls (never answer a number i don't know, i look it up first) and since i never answered it, they quit. My advice is to not answer the call and they stop eventually. If that doesn't work, see above me for their address and fix the problem out side of the phone.
okay, ive been getting calls from a blocked nuber 3-4 times a day for like a week, and then just like 2 min ago, i get a call from 1913-248-1105. I picked it up and no one anwsered, then eventually hung up. which is the same thing from this unknown caller... do u think its some kinda scam, since its on cell phones? i mean, for every call you pick up, it costs a min.... i dunno but its P*****g me off. and i tried that *60 thing and it didnt work. i guess ill try to get my # on the do not call list, it better f-in work!!!
I work for this company. We sell magazines by tricking people into thinking they're in a sweepstakes and trapping them into a 5 year subscription of a weekly magazine... really its a good deal because you also get a free subscription to 3 magazines of your choice... but we are told to skip over the "am I allowed to cancel this service" questions by constantly telling the people how they're getting a free diamond watch... saying how georgious it is... and we've never seen it... abd how we know they're ogna love it... I work there because the moneys good and no matter how many peopel think its a scam... it isn't.... and we are affiliated with the bbb so if you say you want us to stop us from calling you can either a stop giving your number out online or in entry formd... cuz that is where we get your number from.. As well as commercialized payday and student loans... or b pick up when we call and politely ask to be taken off the calling list... if you're rude we usually put you on redial... thirdly saying not interested doesn't get you off the list... another caller will call you back... the same tsc does not call you twice so don't hold it againsed us when you've already been called... thirdly we do not manually dial your number. . Its all automated. Thanks
They called me yesterday. I told them they are calling a cell number that does not accept solicitation calls. They told me they got my phone number from a Free Survey online that I signed up for. They were trying to sell me magazines. I had to say no four times before I finally hung up. Incidently, the site for making money by answering surveys does not let you sign up, unless you give them a phone number. They got me too. Today I received a call from 866-914-9023. I guess I'll be receiving calls on a daily basis. How can I stop them, if the cell phone company won't help?
I started getting a phone call from 913-248-1105 earlier this morning and received a voicemail, I listened to it and it was some elevator type music not amusing. Then around 6:30 pm got another phone call and again I did not pick up and again a long voicemail that was just music. It's annoying! So I looked up it's number on the again I did not pick up and again a long voicemail thatnly one that think they're bugging!
I work for thid company and it is not a scam.. Although thw company does use shady tactics to sell magazines such as saying you have been entered into a sweepstakes... we ask survey questions to find out which magazines may take your interest and offer three magazines to you free of charge as well as a weekly magazine that we offor for $3.86 per week for 60 months. We give you a free diamond watch which is honestly worth the $3.86 for the 60 months... so really you're getting the 4 free magazines... people who work for this company are generally young.. I myself am 19... we range from 16 to 25 and there are a few housewives who work here as well... they pay a decent amount of base pay plus commission. We are completely legit and have several business offices in virginia beach. The bbb does recognize us as a company so if you're having any problems contact them... if you don't want us to have your phone number stop putting your number online to win free stuff, stop applying for payday loans and stop applying for commercial student loans... they're the ones who give your numbers out.... they just pop in our face on a screen from an automated computer and we ask for you. We have no idea how many times you've been called so if you don't want to be called anymore ask politely for us to take you off our list. If you're rude about it, we'll put you on redial and have someone call you later that day... if you don't pick up and a machine does... we have to make a note that a machine picked up and the computer will call you back later. Again, we are calling from an automated computer sop it takes a while for the call to connect... we don't hear you say hello most of the time so we hang up. If you ask me the magazines are the best part of the deal. Its only $3.68 cents per week for a full 60 months which is less than the average american spends on mcdonalds every 60 days! Buyers remourse? Boo hoo! Scam... I think not.
I got a call from them saying they were a company called Publishers Renewal Service, and that I was entered into some type of sweepstakes. this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. so, I gave them my information. Now,that was 2 days ago. so, when they kept calling and hanging up and calling and hanging up I decided to check the number b/c I kept getting this recording telling me to call the customer service line,at 1800-456-6565 or 1800-255-2557(helpline) When they called I talked to this guy named Jerome and then got transfered to some lady that was the gift coordinator and his supervisor. Anyway, now that I know whats going on I have canceled my card and am going to change my number pretty soon. if anyone else gets a call from them... DON'T ANSWER AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
