received a call from this number 07-29-2007 around 8:15am on my cell. it rang twice and they hung up. the same thing happened this morning around the same time. the number is 1-913-248-1105.i looked up the area code on the web and found it....then i looked up the entire number....there are many complaints about calls from this number.this is especially aggravating for my husband who is not well.i intend to report them to my cell carrier also.

Someone called my cell phone 3 times yesterday and once today. The call came at 10 am and woke me up from the night shift. I answered, they asked if this xxxx, I said yes. I then accidentally dropped my phone, when I said Hello again they hung up. Weird....

The same has been happening to me for the past week so I google it and I saw this post. Really would like to know who they are and will appreciate that they stop calling me.

my husband answered a call from that number. they supposedly said i owed a debt with a magazine. he gave them my cc#. just to make sure it was legit i called back and have been getting the run around all day. i think someone just scammed my husband. that number supposedly is a place that works for different magazines. the one they were calling me from was Area Circulation Inc.so i googled it and it turns out they SELL magazine subscriptions. but im gonna cancel my card cuz so far they have cant even FIND my information although they knew my social, my address and my name so im freaking out.

I've been receiving calls for a while now. A few weeks, perhaps. I have yet to talk to anyone on the other line. The line stays active after I pick up for about 20-30 seconds and they hang up. I've never heard a voice. Never left a message. Calling back isn't an option. Also, I just got this phone about two-three weeks before they started to call. Odd how they obtained my number so suddenly.Everyone says they ask about magazine subscriptions and then ask for your credit card number. An obvious scam, but I wonder how they have my number.

This number called me once today and asked if Mary was there, I do not know any Mary's. They suddenly hung up. I got the call again about an hour later but this time no one said anything. I redialed the number and it talked about a magazine subscription and said to call this toll free number instead of the one on my caller id. 1-800-255-2557. I called the origional number again but this time it just rang and rang. Definitely a scam, just ignore them and don't give out any information.

I missed a call from this number. Ya know, I dont got time to stay on the phone all day long. I am kinda busy these days, lots of house work to do. Kids to raise a womans work is never done.

I always get calls from this ph no. 913-248-1105 for the last 3 weeks. I'll get calls 3-4 times a day even on weekends. It was so annoying and I'm really really getting so angry. For the last one week I tried calling the no. backed and for three times on three diff. days I got a recording response that this no. belongs from a magazine subscription and to call the 800 no. for which I did and I chose a selection that will take your no. off the no calling list and it was said your no. will be updated in 5 mins. on their "no call lists". To my dismay/disappointment I still get calls from this no. It seems like this freakin' maniac really intent to be annoying and get into my nerve. Just today Sun. I got 2 calls fr. this no. and I tried to call back but was giving me a busy signal. I'll try to call my cell co. and see if they can detect or put a block on this no. not to get through my phone. WHOEVER IS THIS PLEASE STOP OR I'LL DO SOMETHING TO GET YOU PUNISH BY THE LAW!!!!!!!!!!
