They call multiple times minutes apart, never leave a message, calls in violation of the TCPA calling cellular phone on nation DNC list.
I believe this is Freight Quote. I've been using them for some time for my freight shipping needs. On occasion they'll make blind calls when I haven't shipped in a while. Sometimes my discounts will fall off and their rates jump up, but if I ask "for all the discounts to be applied" they then become very competitive. Just make sure you have the correct freight class or your quotes will never be accurate.
Called to our business line and when I asked for his phone#, guy hang up on me. Caller ID: 913-642-4700

Freightquote, calls our business just about every day. Nobody ever answers when I pick up, and I've never been able to talk to a person, so we've stopped answering. Freaking annoying. We never requested a quote from them, and no matter their rates, we will never do business with a company as irritating as this.
