So I got a call today....no message but my question is how do these people call my Non Published Private number when I am on the Do Not Call List?? Very Weird
This call comes from India. Thank corporate America for outsourcing. Now all our info is compromised in the hands of some monkey in New Delhi.
This is certainly an unwanted call. Such a shame, I have phone bills to pay only to have my phone used in this way.
Being on the "Do Not Call List" doesn't help with scammers. Finally, I have a solution to these calls. Panasonic makes a portable phone with Call Block. Who knew? I learned that from reading another contributor's message. I get immense pleasure knowing my unwanted callers get a busy signal every time. Revenge IS sweet.
This number called my home phone and left no message yesterday, and called my cell phone 20 minutes ago. Didn't answer my cell since I didn't recognize the number. After reading these posts, I'm glad I didn't.
Just got a call from them. The recording of a lady saying that if I took a survey on the debt crisis I WILL get a free trip to the Bahamas. Yeah, right! I hung up, got on here and found I'm in good company. Thanks posters.
I received a call at work from this number 11/4/2011 at 12:42 PM, but was out at the time. My caller ID listed 914-373-7134 "New York."A reverse search on the telephone number revealed the following:(914) 373-7134 is a Cell PhoneLikely Location: New York (Ossining, Briarcliff Manor)Greater New York, Tri-State Region metro area, Westchester CountyI did not spend the $1.99 required to find out the name of the owner of the cell number.I think I also received a call at my home phone from the same number, but missed that one also. I will have to compare that number with this one.
