Got a call from this number, didn't recognize the number so googled it. It is a scam I am sure and probably no connection to AAA.Central Virginia, May 21.
We got a call from this one today, too. Wife picked it up, but when she heard "second call for auto warranty" she hung up. She knew then it was bogus. What ever happened to that device you plugged into your phone that was supposed to delete the number out of the compuer system when telemarketers call? I think they called it th Tele-Zapper or some such. Never had one but seems the thing to have for landlines. I think I'm going to just keep the phone unplugged or disconnect it all together. I'm sick of all the ringing anyway!
Hey totally got a call tonight and yesterday from these weridos. Got a message when i picked up and missed the one from today. I don't have a waranty on my car so idk why they would call me. Is there a way to get them from calling? and how did they get my number?
Something has to be done to end this! I receive a call from them at lease once a week on my cell phone, very very disruptive.
i'm 14 and i got a call from these guys in the middle of school and i'm like "hell no dumbass! I don't own a F*cking car dipsh*t" looked it up on google and found this site, a name, stephen d brown, came up.
This caller will call several times in a row and will disconnect immediately upon answering the phone. There have been several occasions where a telemarketer (male) has asked to speak to a "Manager" just before hanging up. This is the third consecutive time that we have *69'd the call and found this number!
