Feb. 14, 2012 Did not answer when I saw this number on my phone. No message was left.

I know you may not think that it matters, but everyone should immediately report every scam call that they receive to www.donotcall.gov.

They have been calling me for about 4 months. Today was my 17th "final notice". I have asked several times to be removed from their list. Each time they tell me it takes up to 72 hours. When I press 1 to speak with someone, most of the time by the time I say, "Hi I.." they have hung up on me. The kicker is, I DON'T OWN A CREDIT CARD!

These people call from different numbers all the time asking the same crap. This time I didn't say anything, waiting to find out who it was, and they hung up.

1st few times, I didn't recognize the number. Another time, I pushed "1" to get a live operator and asked to be taken off their "do not ca---"...and was immediately hung up on. Today, I pushed "1" to get a live operator and played dumb. No greeting was given, just a quick something about a credit card. I said that I didn't know who I had even called nor what it was about and that I just pushed the button to talk to someone about it. She said, "it's about the visa or mastercard. (and some unintelligible question about the interest rate)". Before I could say three more words, I was promptly hung up on again.

Most of the the time, you press 1 and it just hangs up on you. This time I got through to the *(*)( jerk. When I told him I was going to file a complaint, he told me to "smoke a blunt." Clearly he is some cretin in a boiler room operation that is run so poorly that they don't even record the calls. It is sad in this economy that somebody this stupid is actually employed.
