Keep getting calls from these a** h***s; I hate them. Like to hear more about call blocking apps, devices, techniques and how each actually "blocks" the call. I presume the apps prevent phone from ringing and abruptly ignore or End the Call. For landlines do these answer/hangup quickly before a "ring" occurs?
I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number but have gotten SEVERAL calls and I am supposedly on a no-call list
I understand this is a credit card scam if you call them back there is a charge to their phone.
Call is a recording from "Card Services" about lowering your credit card rate. It says to press 1 to speak to a representative. I did and asked which card they were calling about (Since I have NO credit cards). They stated that they could lower the rate on any visa or mastercard. When I started to say "so you're not with one of my cards..." they hung up on me. I didn't even get a chance to tell them that I don't have any cards.
No message, I called back right after missing the call and got a "full" voice mailbox for a gravelly voiced garbled sounding name.
The continuing saga of Rachael and her Care Merbers Services. Too bad we can't track her down and hang her by the silver touge for a few days.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
