received a call from this number, no voice mail was left. 15 minutes later received call from 0. Do not recognize or know number.
This phone keeps calling my home and cell numbers. It claims to have something to do with my credit card (no mention of which one) and also says "nothing's wrong" (like it would know!). It then goes into talkinga about how I need to act now to save on interest rates at which point I hang up. I have no outstanding credit on any credit card, so the call is obviously a marketing ploy or scam. Tried to call it back to complain and all you get is a recording about their mailbox being full, you can't leave a mesage,and to try again later. I would like to report this phone number is nothing less than tele-hassling!
I just got a call from this number on my personal cell, the 5 min later on my company cell. Very strange it would call both within that short of time. The numbers are not even similar except for area code.
I'm sick and tired of hearing from "Rachel at Card Services". Pressing "3" doesn't mean a thing. I don't have Caller ID so I've been hooked into answering my land phone too often. I'm going to send a gripe to my Congressman complaining about ineffectiveness of DNC listing. It's election year, maybe he can start something. Thanx for all your suggestions, fellow sufferers.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
