I have been getting this same annoying call on my cell phone with a recording about credit card rates for months.

Been getting calls weekly for over a year, different number every time, from an illegitimate company claiming this is my final notice regarding credit card debt I don't have.I've filed a police report for harassment and urge everyone who is getting similar calls to do likewise.

They called me twice within 5 hours wanting to lower my credit card rates

This is a nusense call

Called my phone and my wife's with in seconds of each other... Didn't answer, no message left.

I pressed the 1 to get an agent. When she picked up I told them to remove my number and was hung up on immediately.

Indian man called said hello um hi. This is uh uh Al Smith calling with such and such law firm reporting that my ssn was used in a fraud case. Then he said that I need to be transferred to his attorney. So another Indian man came on the line clearly in a call center stating that he was an attorney. When I asked him for his bar number he started getting extremely rude and started telling me that I am going to go to have bad things happen to me. Said that the sheriff and the FBI will be at my door and that I am not going to like what is going to happen to me over a non paid payday loan. Which I have never taken out. He then hung up the phone and I can't get them on the line. Calls at least six times per day!!! This has to stop! I know this isn't true nor am I worried about any law enforcement however this is an extreme form of harassment that is getting out of hand. I have been working in collections for over ten years now and i know what harassment is. There is nothing legal about what these "people" are doing.

This number called me this afternoon. Something about a credit card and your time is running out. Yeah right.

"Card Services" scam...they call me about three tines a week between 12-1..if I answer them I tell the telemarketer anything from go play on the freeway,that they have 15 minutes to clear the building,lock their doors when they go home ..then the system calls me back a few more times.The reason why we are getting thease calls is because our numbers are confirmed by the Do Not Call list which they subscribe to.I have another cell phone number that I never registered with the DNC and rarely receive a telemarketrr call.

Pressed 1 to get a person & when he got on the line I told him I wanted my number removed & I was hung up on!!
