got the call and pressed 1 to connect to a live person, and asked to be removed from the list and the person hung up the phone on me!
Received call from above number. per blog it appears that it is some kind of credit card scam.
AT&T IS THE SERVICE PROVIDER. Contact them when you receive a call from these scammers. I have already done so. The more people that report these scammers/thieves to AT&T the greater chance that they will investigate and disable the numbers. The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
