Got a call from this number, didn't answer and it left a recorded message. Claimed to be the IRS and "The IRS" (kept referring to itself in the 3rd person) has filed a lawsuit against me and there was some 202-xxx number to call to "Immediately Resolve" this "Very Serious" situation.Obviously a scam since don't you think you'd get a certified letter and not some early morning robocaller?
I just received one as well @ 6:45 AM (937) 564-3601 claiming they've been trying to reach me. I hung up.
Received a call from 933-564-3601 which is an invalid area code so I knew right away it was drug addict scammers because they identified themselves as the IRS and I'm being sued and should call 202-455-5964. Yesterday I received a call from the same scammers from 711-201-0286 which is another invalid area code. These drug addicts whom can not qualify for meaningful honest employment must resort to the work of dirt bags to support their dirty habit.. I hope they get cancer. Oh, and they identify themselves as Internal Revenue Services and the IRS always refer to themselves as Service not Services. I know this because I have two relatives retired from the IRS.
Just received a call from 933-564-3601 saying (recorded phony voice) they are filing suit from IRS against us and leaving the 202 area code number! Since this is occurring to other people I presume it's some scam!
I also received a call at 6:37 am from this 937 area code number with the same barely understandable robo-voice claiming that the IRS is suing me. Yup. Scammers will eventually die.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
