I don't even have a credit card, nor ever had one with this company yet they call me 24/7. I contacted the main company since you can't speak to a live person to report this issue, but they never responded either. This is the 2nd number in the past 6 months that has called and harassed me and I have nothing to do with either of them. I don't understand why they keep calling.

These jokers are scam artists.The number doesn't match with the canned voice of a recording on my answering machine.They are not as thought directly affiliated with GE Capitol.GE Capitol doesn't have any way to check or process requests from this number.The muddled recording cited the name of a bank that I couldn't quite identify.I searched for two as the name sounded so much alike.One of the banks if I lived there would get my business.The other was syncronicity bank out of New Jersey.That is affiliated with GE Capitol but is not networked.Don't bother to call the bank in New Jersey.They are good but will transfer you.The transferal renders you unable to hear anything.They then will blame you for their phone problems.Oh yeah and I dont' have accounts with that bank and never have.I don't owe them one red cent.Yet I am being bothered by hang up calls from them.Please explain that if you can.

The Fair Debt Collection Act does not change. It has been the same since the early 80's. That is what governs when and how often a collector can call you.

This is GE CApital it says that on the phone. They are robo calling 24 hours a day. Have messages on the cell phone at 4AM and as late as 11pm. The message tells you that Synchrony Bank is now the name of the account they give an address with a telephone number and then it cuts off. I do not owe any money and I have gotten many emails telling me of the change so I am mystified why they are harassing me with phone calls. I turned my cell phone off and it goes right to message and I just delete the messages. Eventually I hope they will stop calling me. I GET THE MESSAGE I KNOW YOU ARE SYNCHRONY BANK!!!!

says 937 is Dayton, Ohio...long pause when you pick up and say hello..I just hung up...most likely they will use different numbers

Yeah at least the loan shark has the sense to identify themselves and not hang up the phone.

Have received consistent unsolicited calls from these people. MAKE IT STOP!!

Its used to be a HUGE problem. Then I got Mr. Number app. and have it set to everytime they call it instantly hangs up on them. That hasnt stopped em from calling but i never have to answer it cause it instantly disconnects them. BEST APP. EVER!!!!!!!!

They call from over 5 different numbers, all are blocked and they NEVER leave a message. They call my cell about every hour - they were told to NEVER call my cell. If you pick up the phone they will never answer. a real rip off company, even if the area code is in the US - they are calling from INDIA - beware!!
