they are GE Money and are calling day and night/ the funny thing is I do not owe them any money. it is pure harassment. when I see the number I DO NOT PICK UP. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM

This has got to be the worst, most unfair company I have EVER dealt with. If I had known what company was behind the Carecredit card & JC penney card I have, I would have let every tooth in my head fall out and never bought anything at Pennys. They call at all hours of the day and night, multiple times. Sometimes when I answer, I get the message "your call is important to us but all of our operators are busy at this time. Please stay on the line and you will be assisted by the next available representative" crap. Hey, YOU called ME! If you do wait that 15-20 minutes, you get someone who can't even speak English! VERY IRRITATING. They use multiple numbers. Yes, I owe them money, but I've already paid back twice what I owe, and the amount has never gone down. Disgusting.

It's GE money bank alright...and I have been going round and round with them about their stupid LATE charges. Post office says it's a 3-day trip from here to there and yet they keep changing the due date so that it's always "late" and their best one is posting your payment that arrived on Saturday but they didn't post it until Tuesday...I now use an Excel file sheet that has the CORRECT amounts on it and use that for my payments until I pay the [***] off and I tell everyone who listens NOT to use those crooks for anything. And if India is so important to them, then they and their Hagies can go there and leave me the hell alone. I am SICK of dealing with individuals who make less sense than a 2 year old.

They had been calling me many times, whenever I picked up it's either hanged up or went to an automatic message asking me to enter my credit card info. This is totally a scam! These kind of people should not be here in the US and in this world!

I got several missed calls from them. No message. Later I got an e-mail saying I missed a payment on my Care Credit account. (yes, I forgot) I don't know why they did not leave a message to say who they were. It would have been helpful.
