THIS IS GE MONEY BUT IT SAYS UNKNOWN NAME. IT IS PART OF CARE CREDIT FOR PEOPLE THAT FINANCE DENTAL WORK. IT IS NOW SYNCHRONY BANK. I DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEY BUT THEY ARE ROBO CALLING ME TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED NAMES ET AL..I KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE HARASSING PHONE CALLS I HAVE ALREADY PAID SYCHRONY BANK THEIR PAYMENT FOR OCTOBER EARLY. I AM SO MAD AT THIS POINT I THIN.K I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM

they called my mother in law and my 11 yr old child answered her phone the rep proceeded to call my child fowl names i will not repeat. like a cu$% and much worse. this is unexceptionable business practices.

Harrassing in nature.... we don't even have an account through GE Financial

I have been called 8 to 10 times a day 7 days a week for at least a year or so.I have a auto pay with GE money for a dentist credit line so i don't understand the harassment!!! If i pick up they don't answer. I'm going to try and block them. they suck...

Here are a few things to do in regards to these people:1.Block there number2.Write a complaint to the BBB, FTC, FBI and your states's Attorney General3.When they call immeditately hang up the phoneKeep on writing and complaining - the more peopkle speak out against their so called 'business practices', the more people that complain against them the louder our voices will become!

They call multiple times without ever leaving messages. When you try to call the number back, it's a perpetual busy signal. So even if you WANTED to fix whatever they're calling about, you can't. It's b.s. harrassment.

I have received calls from (937) 534-2092 for several days (the only identifier on caller ID is the phone number). Today is Monday June 2, 2014. I called the number back; a recording states it's GE Money Bank that has "changed its name to....." (unintelligible - I couldn't make out what they've changed their name to). The recording kept asking for my SSN and then my account number. I wasn't giving anyone my SSN and I don't have an account with GE Money Bank. A live (male) voice came on the line; he was pleasant & personable (the accent was Filipino); he checked my phone number with their database and said my phone number (I've had this same number since 2006) belonged to someone else. I told him I had never heard of that individual, and I didn't have an account with GE Money Bank. He said he would remove my number from their calling list.
