This number called our business line. We don't have time for this nonsense in our facility. Important calls come in all the time and we don't need to be harrassed by scammers and unknown companies.
P and R Associates called today at 11:38 a.m. A recording indicated in a very disgusted tone of voice that they had left me several messages and it was very important I call them back immediately, repeating this until I finally hung up. This is the first time I have heard from them and will not return any calls.
Left a VM on my cell today. Based on the notes here I am not returning the call but will report to FBI IC3.
We received a telephone call from PR and Associates this morning. It was an automated system, stating that they had supposedly called us several times; which was a lie. When I called the number they had supplied, I found out that they are apparently a collection company. They were looking for my husbands ex-wife. I would love to know how to get them to stop calling our home, especially since the person they are looking for hasn't lived in our home for over 15 years.
Exact same boat. File bankruptcy, went to court they call threatening and I said to contact my lawyer. They obviously are not looking at any actual legal documents. Scam.
They are trying to collect a debt from 2010 that was originally for NSF fees at a bank when I was disabled on the job. Original debt $325, fees according to them are $4500!!! They have never sent me a letter so I am going to call the bank and also maybe an attorney, they are threatening wage garnishment, and a legal judgement!
